How it works for job seekers:

You will gain the most experience from your Mock Interview, if you treat it like an actual interview

·         Select an IQ (Interview Question)

·         Dress professionally

·         Video record yourself answering the IQ(s) you have selected

·         Upload your video clip 100mb (about 3 min)

·         Select public or private upon upload

·         If you select public, you can elect to have your video clip response reviewed, critiqued and rated on the HireMeter™ by Expert JobNobbers™ or Peer JobNobbers™

If you select private, your video clip response will be available for review, critique and rating by friends and family you invite.

It’s that easy!

TIP: Are you working with a recruiter or staffing agency? Ask them for a sample interview question, record your video clip response, and upload it.  Then send them a private invitation to HireOrNoHire.com to review and critique your presentation and interview skills. What a great way to give yourself every advantage possible to get the job you want!
