When HireornoHire.com users identify inappropriate content, as described in our Terms of Use and or Copyright Policy, they are able to flag the video. Each flagged video is promptly reviewed by HireornoHire.com who immediately remove any content that violates the Terms of Use and or Copyright Policy.

Copyright Policy

HireornoHire.com respects the rights of copyright holders and publishers and requires all users to confirm they own the copyright or have permission from the copyright holder to upload content. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and promptly remove content when properly notified. Repeat infringers' videos are removed and their accounts are terminated and permanently blocked from using HireornoHire.com.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
