By entering the “Worst Job Interview Ever” video
contest, all participants agree to be bound by these official Contest Rules.
1. No purchase necessary to enter.
2. Void where prohibited.
3. ELIGIBILITY
a. The contest is open to all legal residents of the United States. Except where prohibited by law.
b. At the time of entry, each entrant must be the legal age of majority in their country or state of legal residence.
c. Entrants must have valid identification and valid email address to enter.
d. Entrants must certify that each entry is wholly original and that they are the sole and exclusive owner and right holder of the submitted Entry and that they have the right to submit the entry in the contest.
e. Entries must not infringe on any 3rd party proprietary, intellectual property, industrial property, personal rights or other rights including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality obligation.
4. CONTEST PERIOD
a. The contest submission period begins on August 27 2007 12:01 AM PST and ends on September 27 2007 11: 59 PM PST.
b. All entries must be received during the contest submission period.
c. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost, stolen or undeliverable entries or any entries that are not received within the submission period.
d. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, extend or cancel this Contest at any time at its sole discretion. If contest is cancelled, Sponsor may select winners from among the eligible entries received prior to the cancellation date.
5. HOW TO ENTER
a. To enter the contest, entrants must submit a video between 30-seconds and 3 minutes in length.
b. Describe what happened during the job interview, what part made it the worst job interview and how it made you feel. End with "This is The Worst Job Interview…Ever".
c. All submissions must be available at a publicly accessible URL at the time of submission and must remain active at that URL for the entire content submission and rating period.
d. The entry should include the full video file in one of the following formats .WMV, .AVI, .MOV, and .MPG
e. Other visual mediums will be considered including animation, claymation and flash cartoon.
f. Entries must be suitable for business use. Entries that are lewd, obscene pornographic, disparaging of Sponsor or otherwise contain objectionable material may be disqualified in the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
g. All entries must be original creations
h. You may submit multiple entries. Each entry should be submitted separately with the required entry information.
6. OWNERSHIP. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
7. RATING/JUDGING
a. Eligible entries will be judged via public online rating by registered users on a designated “Worst Job Interview Ever” video contest channel.
b. The video story with the highest rating at the end of the submission period will be selected as the one Grand Prize winner from all the eligible entries received.
c. The video story with the second highest rating at the end of the submission period will be selected as the one second place winner.
d. The video story with the third highest rating at the end of the submission period will be selected as the one third place winner.
e. In the case of a technical malfunction of any kind, the decision of the Sponsors shall be binding and final in all respects.
f. The rating period will run from August 27, 2007-September 27, 2007 .
g. The winners will be notified by email on or about September 28, 2007
h. Winners List will be posted on Sponsor’s websites at:

i. If Sponsor is unable to reach a winner within 72 hours, sponsor reserves the right to choose an alternate winner.
j. The winners may be required to submit valid identification to Sponsor, affidavit of eligibility and completed tax form as provided by Sponsor. This information must be returned with 7 days from receipt. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification.

10. DISCLAIMER. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Contest Rules, the selection and announcement of the winners or the distribution of prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant or equipment or technical malfunction or a virus or any other reason, or for any technical error or malfunctions or clerical errors.
11. RULES. For a copy of these Contest Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to HireOrNoHire.com, Video Contest, 100 Andover Park, Ste 150-108, Tukwila, WA 98188. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Contest Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest. Requests for Contest Rules must be received by September 27, 2007.
12. ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS AND INDEMNIFICATION. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or website, tamper with the rating process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By participating in this Contest, you hereby agree to release and hold Sponsor harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activities or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize. You further agree to indemnify Sponsor from and against any third party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising from or relating to this Contest
